Olawale Keshinro is the visionary founder of Dr. Wale Kesh Learning. He is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse and impressive background that spans both the medical and financial sectors. Holding a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree, he has successfully completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations, showcasing his unwavering commitment to excellence in the field of finance. Furthering his academic pursuits, Olawale earned an MBA with a specialization in finance from the prestigious Imperial College Business School in London.
Olawale’s extensive experience includes impactful teaching roles, notably contributing to the education of CFA candidates at the Central Bank of Nigeria and instructing financial management and financial reporting with a top ACCA Tuition Provider globally in London. His significant contribution extends to the development of learning materials for various asset management firms in Nigeria, underscoring his expertise in financial education.
During his MBA program, he interned at Unmannered Life, a deep tech, and robotics firm based in London, showcasing his adaptability and interest in cutting-edge technologies.
In the realm of finance, Olawale has demonstrated his proficiency in diverse roles. He successfully managed portfolios exceeding 40 billion Naira across equity and fixed income asset classes for AXA Investment Nigeria. His contribution to the investment banking sector is evident through his pivotal role at AVA Capital Partners, where he played a key part in raising over 20 billion Naira in bonds for a Nigerian state.
Notably, Olawale briefly served as a finance manager at Powerex Nigeria Limited, illustrating his versatility in handling financial responsibilities across different industries. Post-medical school, he also co-founded Rhode Hospital, where he played a pivotal role in successfully driving its operations and expansion.
Olawale’s unique teaching approach goes beyond merely preparing you to pass exams; he imparts knowledge that endures, ensuring that concepts are retained long after the exams have been successfully navigated. All lectures across all levels are taught by Olawale.
